At times not only common public needs break from regular rains but also weather bloggers need some respite from continuous non stop weather events to catch some breath and reboot so that the fatigue factor does not become over powering. Cyclone Burevi has successfully managed to push some of the weather bloggers to that including Yours truly.
The good news though is as the influence of two disturbances over Gulf of Mannar & Arabian Sea, the low & UAC respectively, starts to fade away we can see gradual reduction in rains over Tamil Nadu. The bad news is the rains may reduce only from tomorrow with possibly one spell of heavy rains over one or two places in North TN & South AP likely today.
Many a times Chennai typically starts or ends a period of rains for Tamil Nadu enjoying one day of rains when most parts of the state goes quiet. Here is hoping today become that day so that relief agencies get some much needed boost in bringing things back to normal over the rain ravaged parts of coastal Tamil Nadu between Cuddalore & Delta districts.
