Consequent to the low pressure trough Off Sri Lanka in the South West Bay, one or two places in coastal Tamil Nadu could get some isolated showers. Places in South Tamil Nadu stand a better chance of getting rains.
Chennai will have on and off cloudy skies with Max temperature around 30 Degrees with possibly an occasional passing shower in one or two places closer to the coast. No major rains are expected.
These conditions are expected to exist for the next couple of days post which a long dry spell awaits most of Peninsular India. The day time temperature will start to show some increase from end of this week for most places in Peninsular India.
