Dry Conditions will continue to prevail over most of Tamil Nadu as suppressed weather takes firm control over Sub Continental atmospheric conditions. Winter in Tamil Nadu is firmly in place as most parts of North Coastal Tamil Nadu has been seeing below normal night time temperatures. Last night saw Cuddalore, Pondy & Chennai AP record sub 19°C temperatures while Adirampattinam recorded a shivering 16.6°C temperature.
Similar night time conditions are expected to continue today as well though with the temperatures showing a slight increase compared to the last couple of days. Day time temperatures though are expected to show an appreciable increase over normal temp in parts of South Tamil Nadu while most parts of East Coast is expected to see above normal day time temperatures. The wind pattern being mostly from the east making it slightly warmer than normal.
Chennai is likely to see a day time high of about 30 degrees while night time temperatures could dip around 19 degrees in the suburbs while the city areas could see minimum temperatures in the region of 20 / 21 degrees on Wednesday morning.
